Talent development

The Danish Film Institute’s talent development funds, “New Danish Screen” include feature and documentary films. Danish Film Directors  are presently completing model contracts for this area.

The Danish Film Institute’s talent development funds, New Danish Screen replaced the previous “Novellefilmfond” – The Short Feature Fund. The idea behind the funds is to make more films on relatively lower budgets and thereby develop more director- and script writer talents.

Danish Film Directors support the thought behind talent development, but stress that the conveyance of rights ought to be lesser than usual, since the salaries etc. are lower than usual.
